PCU Float Registered Nurse – Night Shift – Columbus, OH

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18
- Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:
- Provide patient care in the PCU Float Pool, potentially rotating to other units within the hospital system
- Manage acuity levels with patient ratios of approximately 1:3-4
- Start IVs, monitor telemetry, and utilize EPIC electronic health records
- Adapt to float assignments across units of equivalent or lower acuity
- Maintain clinical standards and ensure patient safety during night shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license and BLS, ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience in acute or hospital settings
- Strong IV start skills and Telemetry experience
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
