- Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience, previous travel experience preferred, Epic experience required
- Special Equipment: B450 monitors, GE telemetry system, Alaris pumps, Stryker beds, Bladder Scanner, Chest Tube management, high-flow nasal cannula, arterial line management, blood product administration, port and line care

What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology and med-surg patients in a specialized unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias using telemetry systems
- Access ports, manage arterial lines, and administer blood products
- Care for central lines and PICC lines, including IV starts
- Assist with chest tube insertions and removals, and operate high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy
- Manage patient symptoms related to disease and treatment, including infection prevention protocols and fall prevention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Maintain documentation in Epic electronic health record system
What You Need:
- Ohio RN license and BCLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in oncology or med-surg units
- Experience with Epic EMR required
- Ability to float within units of equal or lower acuity levels
- Strong skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, line management, and patient assessment

This assignment is at a leading facility in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in oncology and medical-surgical care. The unit focuses on managing complex patient needs, including chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and infection control. Flexibility for rotating shifts is required, with scheduling reviewed every 4 weeks.
