- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (plus applicable compensation for call-backs)

What You’ll Do
- Provide anesthesia services for a variety of cases, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Respond to on-call emergency requests, with a minimum 2-hour callback at agreed-upon rates
- Assist with pre-anesthetic assessments and patient monitoring during procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards
- Participate in on-call schedules, including nights and weekends, as assigned
- Contribute to a supportive environment focused on quality patient care
What You Need
- Valid Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
- Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Minimum of [X] years of anesthesia experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
