- License/Certifications: MN RN Anesthetist license (current or ability to obtain), CPR, BCLS/ACLS, NBCRNA certification (awaiting initial cert acceptable)
- Experience: Graduate from accredited anesthesia program, prior CRNA experience preferred but not mandatory
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $245 - $310 (based on experience and orientation compensation)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases, including trauma, outpatient, and inpatient procedures at a Level I trauma center
- Manage 1-2 longer or 3-4 shorter cases per day in various hospital settings, including ORs, Cath lab, GI, EP, MRI, and CT
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a medically directed, collegial environment
- Deliver patient-centered anesthesia care across all age groups, including trauma and high-acuity cases
- Work flexible shifts across a seven-day practice, including weekends as needed
- Ensure safety and comfort for patients during their perioperative experience
What You Need:
- Graduate (Masters or Doctorate) of an accredited anesthesia program
- MN licensure as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (current or ability to obtain)
- Certification in CPR, BCLS, ACLS
- Certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Prior anesthesia clinical experience preferred but not required
