What You’ll Do:
- Assist during surgical procedures as a first assist nurse in the OR setting
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Follow all facility protocols and safety standards
- Maintain sterile techniques and surgical instrument management
- Support the surgical team in complex and routine procedures
What You Need:
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR or surgical nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
