Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide holistic, patient-centered critical care to ICU patients across various age groups
- Perform assessments, develop and revise care plans, and execute nursing interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Delegate tasks appropriately and support shared decision-making
- Float as needed to other ICU units (S5 TNICU, S6 MICU, S7 MICU) and general med/surg units
- Ensure compliance with the Standards of Nursing Practice and improve care quality
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Minnesota or a compact state
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and float to different units
