A hospital is looking for CRNA locum coverage.
The facility is located in Mason City, IA.
The schedule consists of 10-hour days in the OR from Monday to Thursday, with a Friday shift from 5 PM to Saturday at 6:30 AM. Saturday is off, followed by Sunday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 AM, with Monday off. Tuesday to Friday resumes with 10-hour days. Alternatively, a Saturday 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM shift or a Friday 5 PM to Saturday 6:30 AM, and Sunday 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM schedule is possible. The facility uses Cerner and paper charting for EMR. Case types include OB, general surgery, GI, bariatric, urology, ortho, neuro, cardiothoracic, some ENT (mostly done at a local ASC), and some pediatrics. As a Level 2 trauma center, complex cases are stabilized and transferred to a tertiary center.
