What You'll Do

  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans following clinical standards and regulations

  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and wound care procedures

  • Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes; adjust treatments as necessary

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care

  • Provide patient, family, and caregiver education on therapy plans and recovery

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per regulatory requirements

  • Support supervision of PT assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students as applicable

  • Participate in facility meetings and professional development activities


What You Need

  • Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license

  • 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred

  • Strong communication and clinical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Adherence to APTA standards and ethical practices
