What You'll Do
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans following clinical standards and regulations
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and wound care procedures
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes; adjust treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Provide patient, family, and caregiver education on therapy plans and recovery
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per regulatory requirements
- Support supervision of PT assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students as applicable
- Participate in facility meetings and professional development activities
What You Need
- Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adherence to APTA standards and ethical practices
