Temporary Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Long Term Care (LTC) in Moore, OK

What You’ll Do:


  • Support clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practices under supervision of a Physical Therapist.

  • Administer skilled, rehabilitative, and medically necessary treatments for patients with physical functioning disorders.

  • Assist with procedures such as manual therapy, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices.

  • Evaluate patient progress and communicate updates and treatment adjustments to the supervising therapist.

  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans.

  • Document all patient interactions, treatment minutes, and progress in electronic health records per regulations.

  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and in-services as required.

  • Support supervision of students when applicable, and coordinate with the healthcare team.



What You Need:


  • Active State Licensure as a PTA.

  • Prior experience in long-term care environments preferred.

  • Knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and documentation requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
