What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders or wounds
- Administer therapies including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed to meet care goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers
- Document all procedures and treatment sessions accurately in electronic records
- Support supervision of PT assistants, aides, and students as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and professional standards
What You Need:
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care setting preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative healthcare team
