What You’ll Do
- Assess patient mobility, strength, and overall physical health in a home health setting
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and safety techniques
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
What You Need
- Texas State Licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Current BLS Certification
- One year of experience in home health preferred, but all applicants will be considered
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
