Description

  • Specialty:
        
    • OB/GYN
      
  • Coverage Needs:
        
    • ASAP - Ongoing  
    • Looking for Per Diem coverage monthly
      
  • Shifts: 
        
    • 24-hour shifts – up to 12 per month ongoing  
    • 8am-8am
      
  • Call: 
        
    • Call is 24 Hour In-House (can do from local hotel)
      
  • Setting: 
        
    • Labor and Delivery Floor  
    • Will have Midwife on call and additional MD support if needed
      
  • Census:
        
    • Roughly 170 deliveries per month
      
  • Procedures: 
        
    • Must cover all typical OB/GYN procedures including unassigned delivieries   
    • Assisting with c-sections  
    • Covering OB triage visits in ER department  
    • Delivery assistance  
    • Must be comfortable with both OB and Gyn procedures/surgeries
      
  • EMR: 
        
    • Epic
      
  • Board Certification: 
        
    • BC required
      
  • Travel: 
        
    • Hospital will cover
      
  • Credentialing timeline:
        
    • 60 days for full privileges  
    • Temps available
      
  • Requirements:
        
    • Active Maryland license (or will license)  
    • Active MD DEA or willing to transfer  
    • ACLS  
    • NRP
