What You’ll Do


  • Provide clinical care for urology patients in a clinic and hospital setting

  • Perform cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, and other core urology surgeries

  • Manage patient scheduling, documentation, and follow-up care

  • Support supervising Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

  • Participate in scheduled call coverage and emergency procedures




What You Need


  • Board Certified or Eligible in Urology

  • PA Medical License or IMLC LOQ

  • DEA registration

  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in urology

  • Proficiency in robotic surgery (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Ability to handle diverse urology procedures and patient care responsibilities




About the Assignment

Join a well-equipped, high-volume urology department at a leading facility in York, PA. The practice combines outpatient office visits with advanced cysto/stent procedures and select surgeries, ensuring a varied and engaging work environment. Support staff includes 4 Medical Assistants, 1 Clinical Support Associate, and 1 RN, using EPIC EMR system. The facility features 16 operating rooms across York Hospital and Apple Hill Surgery, with robotic surgery capabilities available.


This contract offers a full-time schedule with flexible call coverage, providing an excellent balance of professional fulfillment and work-life harmony.
