What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care in a busy but supportive clinic setting
- Manage lymphoma and cell therapy patients; additional experience in these areas is a plus
- Participate in occasional inpatient call during weekends; minimal weekday after-hours call
- Conduct consultations, follow-ups, and emergency services as assigned
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Document clinical encounters accurately and punctually
- Support resident and team education as required
What You Need
- Valid and active medical license in Washington or IMLC-recognized state
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology, with lymphoma experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
About the Assignment
This full-time locum position is with a leading healthcare facility in Seattle, WA. Providers will work four 10-hour outpatient shifts per week, primarily Monday through Thursday, with on-call responsibilities limited to 1-2 weekday evenings and occasional weekend hospital consultations. The clinic operates Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Providers will be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional hematology and oncology care while maintaining a manageable work-life balance.
