Shift Schedule:August 2026- Week 1: Mon 8/3, Wed 8/5, Fri 8/7
- Week 2: Mon 8/10, Wed 8/12, Fri 8/14
- Week 3: Mon 8/17, Wed 8/19, Fri 8/21
Requirements:- Active RN license in practicing state required.
- 1 year of dialysis or renal nursing experience preferred.
- Current BLS required; ACLS may be required.
- Experience with hemodialysis machines and protocols.
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of infection control and vascular access care.
Responsibilities:- Dialysis Procedures:
- Perform pre and postdialysis patient assessments.
- Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments.
- Patient Management:
- Manage vascular access sites (fistula, graft, catheter).
- Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered.
- Monitor patient response; intervene for complications.
- Documentation & Education:
- Document treatments, assessments, and status in the EMR.
- Educate patients on dialysis care, diet, and fluid management.
