- Hourly Rate: $53.60

What You’ll Do
- Provide expert nursing care in a critical access hospital including ER and Med Surg units
- Manage an average of 3-5 patients per shift, with occasional higher census
- Collaborate with a small, tight-knit team and share patient care responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR system
- Support patients and families with compassionate, quality care
- Be available for rotation and weekend shifts as scheduled
- Adhere to facility policies including mask-wearing during flu season
What You Need
- Active Kansas RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (through AHA)
- TNCC required (or scheduled prior to start)
- NRP preferred
- Previous ER and Med Surg experience
- Ability to work the specified shift and rotation
- Comfortable in a small hospital setting with variable patient census
