Description
- Work Dates Needed: 1 day per week to start, beginning in Aug, Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Onsite 1-2 days per week
- Worksite Setting: Critical Access Hospital providing compassionate, high-quality care to rural community
- Scope of Work: Light IR, Onsite - Fluoroscopy and pain. Biopsies & Drainage, Vascular Interventions, Cancer Ablation, Central Venous Access.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified, WV State License
- EMR: Epic
