Description
- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed -Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Clinic w call
- Mon-Fri 8a-4p
- 24hr pager call 7a-7a (30min response required)
- Avg 5 days/one week per month w overnight call and minimal patients scheduled during the day
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient / outpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Avg 20-25 patients per day in Clinic
- APP Mid-level coverage available 8a-4p; APPs will handle all daytime consults, rounding, etc.
- A handful of patients are scheduled during clinic hours.
- Locum would only work at one location a day. Call is for both Jameson & Horizon.
- Call Volume per night: 0-4
- Cross credential at three worksites: outpatient Nesbitt Clinic, inpatient Jameson and Horizon Shenango Valley
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license, active DEA, BC, min 3 years of experience, ACLS, BLS
- EMR: Epic
