Required Skills:


  • Valid RN license in the state of Missouri

  • Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience

  • Proficiency in ICU procedures and patient care

  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSSEMR certifications

  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience in Level 1 or 2 Trauma Centers

  • Familiarity with CTS and Neuro patient care

  • TNCC certification

  • Experience with Altera Sunrise (formerly Allscripts) EMR system



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

  • Prior ICU experience in specialized environments such as Neuro or Trauma units

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving clinical situations



Other Requirements:


  • Availability to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

  • Must be willing to float to Stepdown/PCU units as needed

  • Participation in rotating weekend, holiday, and on-call schedules (with flexibility for cancellations and schedule adjustments)

  • Nicotine-free facility environment

  • Must complete comprehensive orientation including days 1-5 prior to begin date

  • Availability to start on or around April 27, 2026, or May 11, 2026
