This 13-week temp-direct assignment is based inside a modern YMCA clinic, giving you a unique mix of traditional outpatient rehab space and access to fitness-focused equipment and an active community environment. You’ll primarily manage a heavy neuro caseload, with meaningful opportunities to work with orthopedic patients drawn to the onsite wellness and gym setting. Your typical day includes independent evaluation and treatment of adult outpatients, prioritizing functional goals that transition patients from rehab to active community life. Expect a steady but manageable schedule, full-time day shifts (5 eight-hour days, approximately 40 hours per week), and a clear focus on quality, one-on-one patient care over rushed volume. You’ll collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team while still having the autonomy to drive your own schedule and treatment plans. This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys thinking on their feet, tailoring programs in a gym-based setting, and seeing patients progress from early rehab to higher-level movement and activity.
