Assignment Details
• Location: Pendleton, Oregon
• Start Date: January 1, 2027
• Duration: 9–12 months
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Reason for Coverage: Provider retirement

Compensation:
Orientation - $250/hr
Hourly - $505/hr
Holiday - $760/hr

Schedule
• Three days per week (Monday–Thursday)
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No call

Clinical Details
• 100% outpatient
• Average Patient Volume: 15–18 patients per day
• Approximately 1–3 consults per week
• No inpatient responsibilities or admissions
• Responsibilities include:
• Medical Oncology and Hematology outpatient care
• Chemotherapy program oversight and patient management
• Bone marrow biopsies
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Meditech
• Support Staff:
• Hematology/Oncology-trained ARNP
• Nursing staff

Requirements
• Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of training completion)
• Board Certification in Hematology highly preferred
• Fellowship trained
• Active Oregon medical license highly preferred (IMLC and providers needing licensure accepted)
• BLS certification
• DEA required during credentialing
• Must be able to perform bone marrow biopsies
• Clean malpractice and background history highly preferred

Credentialing
• Approximately 30 days after receipt of completed credentialing documents"
