What You’ll Do
- Provide urgent and emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate progress
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols
- Monitor patient responses and document care accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management and ongoing care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care standards
- Work independently while managing contingencies and complex situations
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (AHA recognized)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an emergency or related setting
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
