- Licenses/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in progressive care, stepdown, or PCU preferred
Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients with chronic medical conditions in a mixed-acuity progressive care unit
- Administer medications and monitor patient status using Epic, Pyxis, Accudose, and Omnicell systems
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members using SBAR methodology
- Float within the OSU organization as needed, maintaining flexibility in assignments
- Document patient interactions accurately and promptly
- Work collaboratively with in-house providers and support staff
What You Need:
Required:
- Ohio RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years’ recent RN experience in progressive care/stepdown units
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including call as needed
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital setting with Epic and medication dispensing systems
- Comfortable floating within hospital units
