Required Skills:


  • Valid RN license in good standing

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent PCU (Progressive Care Unit) RN experience

  • Proficiency in managing high-acuity patients and recognizing urgent clinical situations

  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and environments



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience with high acuity drips, arterial lines, BIPAP, and Airvo therapies

  • Prior experience working in a NICU or similar specialized unit

  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Registered Nurse with current licensure

  • At least 1 year of relevant PCU nursing experience in a fast-paced hospital setting

  • Certification in ACLS and BLS



Other Requirements:


  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

  • Availability to work every other weekend and major holidays

  • Successful completion of orientation program (comprehensive onboarding days and clinical orientation)

  • Must be nicotine-free facility

  • Willingness to float to lesser units when necessary

  • No on-call duties required

  • Must submit all credentials and required forms by specified deadlines
