What You’ll Do

  • Support clinical interventions for patients with cognitive and physical functioning challenges

  • Assist in administering treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and use of assistive devices

  • Evaluate patient progress and communicate with supervising Occupational Therapist for plan adjustments

  • Document all services and patient responses in electronic health records accurately and timely

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and training sessions

  • Support and supervise students under the guidance of the supervising OT

  • Adhere to all professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements


What You Need

  • Valid State License or Registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant

  • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Basic proficiency with electronic documentation systems

  • Commitment to professional ethics and patient-centered care
