JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC required, minimum level: Certified
  
• Licenses: Florida license or Universal License (IMLC)
  
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS
  
• Experience: Minimum 3 years post-training in pediatric cardiac surgery
  
• Other Qualifications: RNFA certification for APRN
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide surgical assistance in the operating room alongside Pediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiac Surgeons.
  
• Manage patient care in ICU and other settings.
  
• Serve as a liaison between patients and physicians.
  
• Provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult congenital cardiac patients.
  
• Participate in on-call coverage approximately 15 days per month.
