Description JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Physician • Job Type: Permanent • Location: Jacksonville & St Petersburg, FL • Service Setting: Outpatient HIV Primary Care Clinic • Coverage Type: Clinical + Administrative + Shared Call • Coverage Period: Permanent • Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday (Days) • On-Call Shift Schedule: Shared Call • Call Type: Shared PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Adults, including LGBTQ community and individuals living with HIV/AIDS • Patient Volume/Census: 15–18 patients per day • Case Mix: Outpatient HIV Primary Care FACILITY INFORMATION • Service Setting: 100% Outpatient • Support Staff Available: Practice Manager, Medical Assistants, and Registered Nurses • Research Focus: HIV and LGBTQ Health COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary: Competitive (varies by location) • Retention Bonus: Up to $100,000 • Quarterly Bonus: Up to $3,500 • Productivity Bonus: Bi-weekly • Sign-On Bonus: Available • Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10,000 • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) or 457(b) Retirement Plan • Malpract
