What You'll Do


  • Provide direct patient care in the emergency room setting, utilizing the nursing process.

  • Assess patient needs and implement appropriate treatment plans.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

  • Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes.

  • Document all patient interactions accurately and timely.

  • Assist in patient education and discharge planning.

  • Adhere to all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.



What You Need


  • Valid RN license in Louisiana

  • BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications

  • Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
