Required Skills:


  • Valid Kansas Registered Nursing License (Active)

  • BLS Certification

  • Minimum of 1 year recent MS RN experience in acute care settings

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Previous experience in medical floors or step-down units

  • Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and protocols

  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher

  • Prior experience in medical-surgical or step-down units

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in acute care settings



Other Requirements:


  • Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts

  • Availability for weekend and holiday coverage as needed

  • Willingness to float across medical floors and step-down units

  • Compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
