Registered Nurse – Palliative Care & Med-Surg Experience – Columbus, OH

  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license, BLS required

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of acuter care RN experience, EPIC experience required

  • Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You’ll Do


  • Provide symptom management and palliative care to seriously ill patients, focusing on relief from pain, nausea, fatigue, and other discomforts.

  • Float within various high-acuity med-surg units to support departmental staffing needs.

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Utilize EPIC electronic health records for accurate documentation and order entry.

  • Adhere to safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to support patient comfort and family education.




What You Need


  • Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible for licensure in Ohio

  • At least 2 years of recent acute care RN experience

  • Current BLS certification

  • Experience with EPIC electronic health records required

  • Ability to float within units of equal or lower acuity

  • Preferred: Prior travel nursing experience
