Registered Nurse – Palliative Care & Med-Surg Experience – Columbus, OH

- Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide symptom management and palliative care to seriously ill patients, focusing on relief from pain, nausea, fatigue, and other discomforts.
- Float within various high-acuity med-surg units to support departmental staffing needs.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize EPIC electronic health records for accurate documentation and order entry.
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to support patient comfort and family education.
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible for licensure in Ohio
- At least 2 years of recent acute care RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records required
- Ability to float within units of equal or lower acuity
- Preferred: Prior travel nursing experience
