Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $30 to $36 per hour, depending on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (paid in installments: $2,000 after 60 days, $2,000 after 180 days)

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home patient assessments and clinical evaluations
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment, oxygen therapy, ventilators, and treatments
- Adjust ventilator settings based on physician orders and patient needs
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide ongoing follow-up and telephone support to patients
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support orientation and training of new staff as needed
- Travel extensively within Prescott Valley and surrounding areas, including Seligman, Williams, Peeples Valley, and Mayer
What You Need
Required:
- Active RRT, CRT, or RN license
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing at least 65 pounds
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Preferred:
- Home healthcare or DME experience
- Respiratory therapy experience
- Degree in respiratory therapy, nursing, or related science
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology
