Description • Location: Minnesota (1 hour from Fargo) • Scope: Outpatient, All ages primary care; chronic care, preventative, acute • Duration: ASAP – Ongoing (Minimum 6-12 month assignment) • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm + occasional phone-based weekend call • Call: Roughly 1 in 5 weekends, primarily phone based • Patient volume: 12-15 per day. 60-min visits for new patients, gradual ramp. • EMR: Epic • Hospital: Critical Access Hospital • Support: Designated nurse and triage RN • Requirements: BC Family Medicine with Minnesota License or IMLC, and MN DEA. ATLS and ACLS preferred, not required. Activity/case logs from last 2 years.
