Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Manage critically ill cardiac patients in a specialized ICU setting
- Perform IV starts, telemetry monitoring, ventilation support, and Swan-Ganz catheter care
- Assist with conscious sedation, balloon pump management, and PA line troubleshooting
- Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
- Document care accurately in EPIC EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Support patient safety and comfort during 12-hour night shifts
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with IV starts, telemetry, vents, swanz, conscious sedation, and EPIC
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to work night shifts
- Previous travel experience preferred, but not required
