Job Details

• Schedule: 4 10hr days, PPD: 16-18


• Join 4 physicians and 2 APPs


• Employed position


• Phone call only: Weekday is 5pm-8am and weekend is Friday 5pm-Monday 8 am. 1 weekend every six weeks (approximate) and 1-weekday call per month


• Full-time family practice physician with strong leadership, interpersonal and collaborative communication skills.


• Innovative primary care, office currently offers telemedicine visit


• Strong, experienced ancillary staff, Busy family practice serving all age groups.


• EMR: Meditech inpatient/LSS for outpatient, will be transitioning to Epic Nov 2019


• University Affiliated Practice with opportunity for a physician to be involved in education


• Board certification or Board Eligibility


• Medical degree or an equivalent foreign degree as determined by a written evaluation, Salary to be discussed directly, Base salary includes productivity and other metric components Full Benefits package
