    • Will take ABEM, IM or FM 
      
  • Coverage Needs:
        
    • Need ASAP - Ongoing  
    • Must be able to cover 5+ shifts per month
      
  • Shifts: 
        
    • Nights only 11p-9a
      
  • Setting: 
        
    • 25 bed acute care facility  
    • Dedicated X-ray and laboratory services
      
  • Census:
        
    • 54k visits annually  
    • 15 visits per day
      
  • Support Staff: 
        
    • Will hav additional APP coverage 7p-2a
      
  • Procedures: 
        
    • All Standard ER procedures   
    • Common medical needs include diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, cancer, stroke and kidney disease
      
  • EMR: 
        
    • EPIC
      
  • Board Certification: 
        
    • Board Certified Required 
      
  • Travel: 
        
    • Hospital will cover
      
  • Credentialing timeline:
        
    • Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start 
      
  • Requirements:
        
    • Active CT state license  
    • Active DEA in CT  
    • ATLS, ACLS, PALS
