JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active FL license or Universal License (IMLC)
  
• Certifications: PA-C, AGACNP
  
• Experience: Proficient as a Cardiothoracic Surgery first assist
  
• Other Qualifications: Fellowship not required; EVH Certification preferred
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first assist in cardiothoracic surgeries, including CABG and valve/aortic procedures.
  
• Perform endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) using the Maquet EVH system.
  
• Round on CVICU and telemetry patients.
  
• Participate in first-call surgical coverage, including night and weekend call (7p – 7a).
  
• Work schedule of 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
