Job Details:

• Employed outpatient opportunity


• The patient volume is quality-based and seeing 16-18 per day


• New patients are scheduled at 40-minute intervals and follow-ups are 20 minutes


• Practice call is phone call only, Practice call  telephonic  1 week every 3-4 months


• Balanced work/life  clinic hours 7:30 AM  5 PM, M  F


• Physician-run organization, Exclusive focus on complex Medicare patients


• Small panel size (350  450 patients)


• Complementary concierge service: Onsite pharmacy, labs, diagnostics, Door to doctor transportation, Acupuncture, Optometry, Podiatry, Case management and social work services


• Geriatric Fellowship is a plus but not required
