RN - ER (Emergency Room) Nurse – Baton Rouge, LA

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and implement appropriate interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and execute care plans
- Support patient and family education regarding procedures and treatments
- Maintain safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
Required:
- Louisiana RN license
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic records
- Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Certification in clinical specialty areas
- Ability to adapt to a flexible night shift schedule
