What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations.
- Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately; implement appropriate interventions.
- Utilize the nursing process in patient assessment, planning, and delivery of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Document patient information accurately and promptly.
- Lead and collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Additional clinical certifications
- Experience in fast-paced emergency settings
