Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.

• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans.

• Educate patients on treatment and home exercise programs.

• Maintain accurate documentation.

• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• DPT degree or equivalent.

• South Carolina PT license or eligibility.

• Strong patient-care and communication skills.

• Experienced and new graduate candidates may be considered.
