What You’ll Do:
- Provide primary care evaluations, including history and physical exams
- Manage, treat, and coordinate patient care across a range of medical issues
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, ECG)
- Discuss end-of-life and advanced care planning with patients
- Consult with specialists as needed
- Arrange timely discharges and follow-up care
- Support perioperative care when applicable
What You Need:
- Active and unrestricted Minnesota MD license
- DEA certification
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
- Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care
