What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Utilize the nursing process for patient care and documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards
- Assist in crisis prevention and patient safety initiatives
What You Need:
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments
