What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to general orthopedic, sports medicine, and neuro patient populations
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans
- Manage a caseload independently within a multidisciplinary team
- Document patient progress using EMR systems (Wellsky for outpatient)
- Support patient education and motivate recovery
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Support departmental protocols and safety procedures
What You Need
- Required:
- Current LA PT license
- Ability to manage a case load independently
- Experience with general ortho, sports med, and neuro diagnoses preferred
- Preferred:
- BLS certification
- Experience working with complex patient populations
