Compensation:
Hourly Rate - $250/hr
Overtime - $310/hr
Holiday - $370/hr

Schedule
• Day shifts
• 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
• 11-hour shifts
• No call
• 8-hour orientation

Patient Population
• Adults
• Inpatient psychiatric population
• Approximately 32-35 beds
• Daily patient volume varies

Clinical Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient psychiatric care
• Perform patient evaluations and ongoing psychiatric management
• Conduct inpatient rounding
• Manage admissions
• Provide consultative psychiatric services as required
• Collaborate with other members of the inpatient behavioral health team
• No specific procedures required

Requirements
• Oregon medical license required due to urgent start
• IMLC accepted
• BLS certification required
• Epic experience preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination required with no exemptions
• Provider must meet recent clinical activity requirements

Recent Clinical Activity / Case Logs
• Must demonstrate inpatient or consultative services for at least 30 patients within the previous 24 months
• Providers who recently completed residency may submit their residency case log
• Providers not applying directly from residency must provide a quality profile from hospital(s) where they currently hold privileges
• Quality profile must demonstrate clinical activity during the previous 24 months
• Alternatively, completion of a hospital-affiliated accredited residency, special clinical fellowship, or research within the previous 12 months may satisfy the recent activity requirement

Additional Information
• Provider will have clinical support and will not be working independently
• Facility is building a bench of qualified Psychiatry physicians
• Extension beyond the current approval period has been requested"
