  • Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend), Saturday/Sunday 8 AM – 1 PM

  • Hours/week: 40 hours

  • Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

  • License/Certs: Active Pharmacist license

  • Experience: 2-5 years hospital experience; previous Critical Access Hospital experience preferred

  • Travel & Reimbursements: Travel, housing assistance, and licensure/certification reimbursements when applicable

What You’ll Do:


  • Manage inpatient medication dispensing and verification across various hospital units including ICU, L&D, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department

  • Support medication distribution and inventory management with Omnicell systems (familiarity preferred)

  • Provide medication counseling and collaborate with clinical staff

  • Work independently on weekends and ensure compliance with hospital protocol

  • Assist in medication reconciliation and support patient safety initiatives

  • Maintain accurate documentation within hospital systems, including Meditech



What You Need:


  • Valid pharmacist license in NH or eligible for licensure

  • 2+ years of hospital pharmacy experience, including critical access or rural hospital experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently, especially during weekend shifts

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • Familiarity with hospital systems such as Meditech and Omnicell is a plus
