- Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend), Saturday/Sunday 8 AM – 1 PM
- Hours/week: 40 hours
- Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
- License/Certs: Active Pharmacist license
- Experience: 2-5 years hospital experience; previous Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
- Travel & Reimbursements: Travel, housing assistance, and licensure/certification reimbursements when applicable

What You’ll Do:
- Manage inpatient medication dispensing and verification across various hospital units including ICU, L&D, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department
- Support medication distribution and inventory management with Omnicell systems (familiarity preferred)
- Provide medication counseling and collaborate with clinical staff
- Work independently on weekends and ensure compliance with hospital protocol
- Assist in medication reconciliation and support patient safety initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation within hospital systems, including Meditech
What You Need:
- Valid pharmacist license in NH or eligible for licensure
- 2+ years of hospital pharmacy experience, including critical access or rural hospital experience preferred
- Ability to work independently, especially during weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with hospital systems such as Meditech and Omnicell is a plus
