Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients in the medical oncology unit.
  
• Round on assigned patients and manage their oncology treatment plans.
  
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary oncology team.
  
• Document patient encounters in Epic EMR system.
  
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
