Registered Nurse – MS/Tele Float Pool – Columbus, OH

- Certifications: Current BCLS Certification, IV starts & telemetry monitoring proficiency
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in MS/Tele setting
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay rate: $59.18/hour
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting
- Float across units of similar or lower acuity as needed
- Manage patient ratios of 1:4-5, providing vigilant telemetry monitoring
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and care standards
- Document patient information accurately within EPIC electronic health records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Adapt to changing patient needs promptly and professionally
What You Need:
- Active Ohio RN license or eligibility to practice
- Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele experience
- Strong skills in IV placement, telemetry, and patient monitoring
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts and handle flexible hours

This position involves floating within the MS/Tele units at a leading Ohio healthcare facility, providing essential nursing care for adult patients. The role offers the opportunity for experienced nurses to showcase their skills in a dynamic environment, supporting patient recovery and safety during overnight hours.
