What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care to obstetrics and gynecology patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on clinical and age-specific criteria
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
- Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff including LPNs, PCTs, and secretaries
- Ensure safety and comfort of patients while maintaining compliance with hospital policies
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and adapt to changing patient needs
What You Need
- Valid Ohio RN license
- 1+ year of experience in OB/GYN or related field preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
