  • Hourly Pay Rate: $38.86

What You’ll Do


  • Assist patients with routines of rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments in a Long Term Care setting

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices

  • Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Physical Therapist

  • Document all clinical activities accurately in electronic health records

  • Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and progress

  • Support supervision of students and support staff as needed

  • Comply with all regulatory, clinical, and ethical standards



What You Need


  • Active Massachusetts PTA license

  • Prior experience in Long Term Care or similar setting preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under supervision and support team goals
