What You’ll Do
- Support patients with physical functioning disorders through evidence-based interventions under supervision.
- Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Physical Therapist.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses in electronic records.
- Assist in patient education and provide support to families, caregivers, and other healthcare team members.
- Support and supervise students as assigned, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and in-service sessions.
- Contribute to discharge planning and clinical documentation to ensure quality patient care.
What You Need
Required:
- Active Missouri State Licensure as a PTA
- CPR certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or rehab preferred

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to clinical standards
